In order to make Tikona Broadband Service Bill payment, subscriber opting for cash payment can use Cash Vouchers or Flexi Recharge facility.
In order to pay Tikona Broadband Service Bill or Recharge amount, cash payment can be made using Cash vouchers in denominations of Rs. 100/-, Rs. 250/-, Rs. 500/- and Rs. 1,000/-.
Self Care Portal, SMS and Home Pick-up for cash payment against vouchers are 3 ways where cash voucher can be used to pay bill or recharge account.
Self Care Portal
Making payment using Cash Voucher is easy
Just scratch the card to view the 12 digit PIN (keep the number confidential)
Log on to Self Care Portal (https://selfcare.tikona.in) and enter Username & Password
Follow the path below to use the 12 digit PIN:
- Select 'Make Payment' option under Billing and Payments section.
- Enter 10 digit Voucher Batch Serial Number and 12 digit PIN >> Click Save

Home Pick-up Facility
The subscriber can hand over cash payment against vouchers to authorised Tikona representative. To avail this facility, call Tikona Care on 1800 20 94276 or send an e-mail to . This facility is available at a nominal fee of Rs.20 per instance to be paid at the time of collection.
Cash Voucher facilities are available only with Oxigen and EPRS outlets.
Flexi Recharge Facility
The subscriber can visit any of the Bill payment/recharge outlets and pay cash. The retailer will process the payment and provide the subscriber with authorised payment receipt.
The subscriber can make payment of Tikona Broadband Service Bill through Drop Box, Courier or Home Pick-up option.
Cheque/Demand Draft can be dropped at any of the 5000 drop boxes facility available with our partners ICICI Bank (select ATM's) and Axis Bank (select ATM's and bill boxes).
Cheque/Demand Draft can be sent by courier to Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd., Collection Department, 3A, 3rd floor, 'Corpora', LBS Marg, Bhandup (W), Mumbai - 400 078.
Home Pick-up Facility
The subscriber can hand over Cheque/Demand Draft to authorised Tikona representative. To avail this facility, call Tikona Care on 1800 20 94276 or send an e-mail to This facility is available at a nominal fee of ` 20 per instance to be paid at the time of collection.
Guidelines to prepare your cheque:
Cheque/Demand Draft should be crossed and A/C payee in favour of ‘Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd. xxx xxx xxx’. ‘xxx’ denotes Billing Account Number (BAN) which is present on Tikona Broadband Service Bill below the billing address. In case a subscriber has paid the Tikona Broadband Service Bill through Cheque/Demand Draft without mentioning BAN, the amount will not get credited to the respective subscriber account. Outstation cheques are not accepted.
For payment verification, please contact Tikona Care at 1800 20 94276 and provide cheque number, service ID, BAN and Bank statement copy on Email or Fax.
